Rules


  • Race series starts in the late part of September with schedule posted in June.
  • 100 mile activation race will be 10 days before first average speed race.
  • 250 and 300 will pay first 5 birds across the clock.  Each race payout will comprise of 10% of the entry money for each race.
  • 350 will pay out 1st drop then clocking order.  Payout will comprise of 70% of the entry money.
  • Optional $100 Grizzle/White entry will pay out on 300 only to Grizzle/White division entrants to top 5-10 Grizzles by clocking order, depending on how many enter.  Grizzle/Whites will still be flying for regular capital prizes on the same race as well, so send a good Grizzle/White and increase your odds!
  • White bird qualifications – Greater than 75% white *Eligibility determined upon arrival*
  • Average speed will pay 3 spots and will be comprised of 10% of entry money.
  • All PAYOUTS based on 225 paid entries going to the first race (this is only to give you an idea of prizes to be paid), so PAYOUT amounts will vary up or down depending.
  • Up to 10% of entries may be retained.
  • All prize amounts will be posted once the 150 mile race is finished to allow time for checks to clear and to make sure all birds make the first race.
  • All races will be 2 day races.  This means the clock will run for 2 days before it is stopped.
  • If a bird passes and does not scan but is seen in the drop it will be entered as last in the drop.
  • If there is a clock tie the birds will share the prize equally.
  • All birds must be activated.  Birds not activated by the owners by the due date may be activated by another flyer, if they are not activated they will become property of the loft manager and future entries may be refused.
  • Upon arrival all birds will be vaccinated, wormed and treated for external parasites.
  • They will be quarantined for 6 days before being chipped and placed into the loft.
  • All birds will be on lights until May 19th after which they will be evaluated and 9-10 will be pulled if deemed necessary.
  • Upon completion of the series and before any prizes over $600 are mailed out a signed W-9 form will be required.
  • All activated birds will remain property of the breeder/owner and will be returned to the owner for $60.
  • Additional birds might require additional fess but owner will be contacted beforehand.
  • Participants must be over 18 years old.
  • All matters and decisions not covered by the rules will be decided by the loft managers and will be final.
